Due to Australian Health Regulations and the nature of our compounded products, compounded and cosmetic products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item is damaged or packaging is faulty. Sale items cannot be refunded. To complete a return, a proof of purchase is required, and items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

The damaged item or faulty good is to be returned with the original proof of purchase for inspection.  You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refunded amount will be credited to you using your original payment method, within 5 business days. The processing times for refunds with your individual bank can take up to 10 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Orders

As all products are prepared individually, we cannot issue a refund for cancellation after an order has been submitted and accepted.
