Alpha Hydroxy Acids (Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid & Malic Acid): Used to improve skin texture and elasticity by assisting the removal of aged skin cells, and increasing collagen production. Frequent use can decrease enlarged pores, and reduce appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Beta Hydroxy Acid (Salicylic Acid): Has the same exfoliating and resurfacing action as the Alpha Hydroxy Acids, however due to its natural anti-inflammatory action can cause less irritation.
